Please note that as Montserrat is an Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom, the Governor's Office does not provide consular services as are provided in foreign countries.

The Government of Montserrat's Department of Administration based at Government Headquarters in Brades has a consular section which currently deals with Overseas Territories Passport queries, matters relating to naturalisation, and the renewal of full British (EU) passports. Montserrat has strategically placed sirens island wide capable of delivering voice messages in the event of a volcanic eruption or other emergency.
